Richard refurbished my sash windows, replacing the glass in two with self cleaning double glazed units. These work just as claimed, with the rain and sun keeping them clearer than the glass that was replaced, but do be aware that the panes have a slight blue tint. Richard and his workers were notable in always turning up when they said they would. Although the job took longer than Richard had initially hoped, he stuck to his quote and saw it through to the end. I am happy with the windows and equally happy to recommend Richard.
