I heard about Contemporary Renovations from the Waltham Forest "Get a better trader" scheme. It was really hard to find someone who would do exactly what we wanted in terms of design - most conservatory companies would only offer a set design of their own. Richard paid a lot of attention to our requirements before tendering and seemed really excited by the bespoke aspects of the project. His price was mid range compared with other quotes we received, but he won the work because of his response to our brief and the clarity of his pricing schedule.

His team are all really friendly and polite and worked really hard - always turning up when they said they would and cleaning up after each day's work. They followed our design exactly, consulting with us over any changes that were necessary for practical reasons, or that we asked for during the project. He kept exactly to the price quoted.

The end result is lovely - a real improvement to our house and an excellent quality finish. I'd recommend his work to anyone who wants someone with a good attention to detail, a pleasant team and a real commitment to good design.
